English Language Arts Materials Available for Public Review

Centralia School District has started the process for adoption of a new English Language Arts (ELA) and English Language Development (ELD) instructional materials program for the 2016-17 school year. We began our adoption process by establishing an ELA/ELD Committee made up of representatives from across the district: one parent from each school site, two-three teachers from each site, two school administrators, one district administrator and three teachers on special assignment.  As part of the process, we will hold a 30-day public display of materials of the programs under consideration for adoption.
